A 'kick-off' event is a dynamic platform designed to unite teams, define strategic goals, and foster collaboration for the upcoming year. These gatherings energise participants, aligning them with a shared vision and focus on success.

In 2023, we had the privilege of organising a prestigious 'kick-off' event for 200 international delegates in the enchanting city of Marrakesh, Morocco. Guests were welcomed at the luxurious Kezi Menara 5-star hotel with an elegant stand-up reception dinner. This format provided flexibility while creating a relaxed and informal atmosphere, setting an ideal tone for the event.

Day two featured a series of departmental meetings hosted in pre-arranged meeting rooms, each thoughtfully selected for its access to natural daylight, enhancing the overall experience. Understanding the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and team engagement, we curated a bespoke afternoon adventure in the stunning Agir Mountains. Delegates travelled in 4x4 vehicles and, in small groups, visited Bedouin families in their homes, gaining insight into their daily lives. Thoughtful gifts were presented to the families, fostering a spirit of goodwill and mutual respect. The day concluded with a memorable traditional desert dinner.

The event concluded with an exclusive evening at a historic palazzo in Marrakesh's old town, a venue of cultural significance and elegance. Delegates departed with coordinated individual transfers, ensuring smooth transitions back to their respective flights.
