In 2019, we were honoured to organise Qatar Airways' launch event as they inaugurated their daily flights to the Maltese Islands. The event series culminated in a prestigious VIP dinner attended by both local and international dignitaries, including H.E. Mr. Akbar Al Baker, CEO of Qatar Airways, and H.E. the President of Malta, Dr. George Vella. Every detail, from pre-planning to execution, adhered to Qatar Airways' impeccable 5-star brand standards.

Understanding that Qatar Airways epitomises luxury and excellence, we aimed to deliver an event that reflected their commitment to quality. In collaboration with our sister company, Jugs Malta, we provided a seamless, one-stop solution for events, conferences, and activities. From conceptualisation to delivery, we managed every aspect, including props, signage, backdrops, audiovisual setups, screens, staging, lighting, and more.

The celebration gala dinner was the highlight of the launch. Guests were greeted by a custom-designed venue entrance, creating a sense of theatrical grandeur. Throughout the evening, we orchestrated a series of awe-inspiring live performances. A live saxophonist set the tone for the night, followed by an enchanting ballet performance alongside renowned pianist Sonja Park, adding an oriental flair to the atmosphere. The evening's pinnacle was a breathtaking performance by Malta's Cultural Ambassador, Tenor Joseph Calleja, whose operatic brilliance captivated the audience.

From start to finish, the event was a resounding success, delivering a memorable experience that matched Qatar Airways's world-class reputation.
